What is a Mediator?
A Mediator plays a crucial role in the conflict resolution process. I inform both parties about the important topics that need to be discussed and provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential benefits and drawbacks associated with each possible decision. The parties then decide how to proceed. In situations where reaching a decision proves challenging, a skilled mediator offers guidance and support throughout the decision-making process, facilitating mutual agreement between the parties involved.

How it works:
Step 1:
Call me to set-up an initial 20 min telephone consultation +1(541)-261-1870
Step 2:
Ask your other parties/party to contact me and consent to mediate
Step 3:
I will contact both parties to schedule a 1-hour Mediation Appointment (currently conducted via Zoom for out-of-state clients who prefer not to meet in person)
*Please be advised of the following mediation process: If one or both parties do not wish to engage in joint mediation, I will schedule separate one-hour appointments with each party. Following each visit, I will provide a comprehensive summary of the discussion. Based on this information, you can then decide whether you would like to accept the proposed resolution from the other party or if further individual meetings are necessary to explore alternate solutions.
In the event that 3 individual meetings have taken place without a mutually agreed-upon resolution, you will be given the option to reconvene together for further mediation or provided with contacts for arbitrators who can facilitate a legally binding decision outside of the court system.
I provide professional assistance in the following areas:
Divorce or Separation: If you are going through a divorce or separation, I offer support and guidance to help navigate the process, ensuring a fair and amicable resolution.
Parenting Time in Separation or Divorce: I help parents establish parenting plans and schedules that prioritize the well-being and best interests of their children during and after separation or divorce.
Child Support: I provide assistance in determining and establishing appropriate child support arrangements, taking into account the financial needs of the children and the circumstances of the parents.
Family Conflicts within Married Households/Non-Divorced: If you are experiencing conflicts within your married household or non-divorced situation, I offer mediation services to help resolve disputes and improve communication within the family unit.
End-of-Life Estate Entitlements: I provide guidance and support in matters related to end-of-life estate entitlements, assisting individuals and families in navigating complex legal and emotional issues that may arise during this sensitive time.
*Please note that my services are designed to facilitate peaceful resolutions and promote mutual understanding. While I can offer my guidance and support, I do not provide legal advice - I can point you in the direction of legal resources if necessary.
Rates:
Mediation - $275/PH
Pre-Mediation and Post-Mediation File Reviews - $100/PH
Client email, phone calls, messages - $100/PH
Package of three (includes emails and file reviews) - $750 *Note: Add on below not included.
Drafting required Dissolution Documents - $200/PH
Editing//Changes of each Document - $200/PH
Instruction on how to sign, file at court, and closing letter and finalization task list - $200/PH
Full Inclusive Package of "All Services" - $1500
$700 non refundable deposit/retainer is required to begin
This deposit is essential for me to adequately prepare your case, provide consultation on completing your mediation outline, and ensure that you are well-prepared for the mediation sessions.
Additionally, I will provide you with a weekly update on the time and expense logs incurred during the mediation process. This transparent approach allows you to stay informed about the progress and investment made in your case.
