Reservation Terms & Policies

We are honored to host your upcoming stay and ask that all guests carefully review the following reservation policies prior to booking. Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms outlined below.

Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking in order to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All payments made toward reservations are non-refundable.

One date change may be permitted per reservation if requested no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Approval of rescheduled dates is subject to availability.

Cancellations, reschedule requests, no-shows, or interruptions occurring within fourteen (14) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Exceptions may be considered solely in cases of significant travel disruption caused by weather events or documented airline cancellations. Any accommodations or date adjustments remain at the sole discretion of the hosts.

Early Departure

Guests who voluntarily choose to depart prior to the completion of their scheduled stay will not receive refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursement for unused portions of the reservation.

Guide Availability

In the event that one facilitator, guide, or practitioner becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstance, the reservation and scheduled experience shall remain in effect and may continue with remaining staff or approved support personnel.

Force Majeure

Hosts shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or inability to fulfill services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, severe weather, transportation interruption, government restriction, illness, emergency events, or utility/service failures.

Agreement

By submitting payment for a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all reservation terms, policies, and conditions outlined above.
