Procedure:
Gather your materials, including wish paper, a lighter, a smooth-writing ink pen, an abalone shell, a small wooden stand, a candle, and a small round charcoal.
Reflect on what you are ready to release and transform, and write it down on the wish paper with intention.
Ignite the small round charcoal in the abalone shell using the candle flame.
Place the wish paper into the abalone shell, allowing it to burn and symbolically release the old energies.
Visualize the flames consuming the paper and feel a sense of liberation as you let go of past burdens.
